Lens Measurement
The horizontal measurement at the widest part of the lens.
Bridge Measurement
The horizontal measurements between the left and right lens.
Temple Measurement
The measurement from the hinge to the temple tip.

How do you know if you need a small, medium or large frame? It's simple! Add together the two lens measurements and the bridge measurement, then refer to the chart below. Please note that adult optical frames are classified differently than the kids frames and sunglasses.
