Visionworks Protect (VWP) provides 12 months coverage for replacement of glasses due to accidental damage. Customers who purchase VWP are eligible for a one-time replacement of their covered complete pair. VWP can only be added to complete pair (frame + lens) purchase. Coverage does not include lost or stolen glasses or prescription changes.

The plan covers accidental damage from the first day you receive your glasses, so you can rest assured that for 12 months, if your glasses get accidentally damaged, we replace them at no additional cost.

We make it simple to file a claim. Bring your broken or damaged glasses to any of our stores and we'll help you with your claim. Or, just call any of our stores to start the claim process.

Coverage does not include lost or stolen glasses.

Coverage does not include replacement of glasses due to a change in prescription.

You can add Visionworks Protect up until the time you receive your glasses.

The 100-Day Guarantee comes standard with every glasses purchase and gives you 100 days to decide whether your glasses are right for you. If not, we'll exchange them. This Guarantee does not apply to broken or damaged glasses not consistent with ordinary wear.

Visionworks Protect is available for purchase and is good for 12 months from the date you receive your glasses. If you scratch your glasses, step on them, break the frames or if your dog chews them up, we'll replace them at no additional cost.

No, Visionworks Protect is not eligible to be paid for with your FSA/HSA benefits.
